Compact & Lightweight
From the P range of petrol inverter generators, the Pramac P3500i/o is an open frame inverter generator with the robust and economical Pramac engine. This open frame generator is 25% lighter than the Pramac P3500i making it vastly more portable. The 212cc Over Head Valve (OHV) engine produces 3500W / 3.5 KW of power effortlessly and has been designed for recreational use as well as site work. It’s best at home when powering items such as small appliances, lights, and small to medium outdoor power tools. Plus, it can charge low voltage batteries and its compact size and low sound levels makes it a market leader.
Power Rating of the Pramac P3500i/o
It has a rated power output of 3KW and maximum power output of 3.5KW.
This open frame inverter generator is extremely compact and strong with a durable steel frame, so can be stored with ease in various load spaces. With a generous fuel tank of 9 L, the Pramac P3500i/o open frame inverter is perfect for your workshop or next outing. Plus, its surprisingly light, just 33.2KG. Is the Pramac P3500i/o Easy to Start and Use?
You bet it is – the easy recoil start (pull start) is smooth and silky. On a well-maintained unit it starts first pull every time.
There are two 13A socket, 2 USB ports and parallel connectivity ports to connect to another P3500i/o generator. Also, this unit uses Pramac’s POWERRUSH™ – this gives you more starting capacity to meet the needs of high-demand tools and appliances. With more starting capacity, you can start and operate more of your favourite power-hungry devices without risking a shutdown. Doing more – with less – just got easier!
Using Sensitive Equipment with the Electrical Power from the Pramac P3500i/o
The power produced by the Pramac P3500i/o enables a smooth voltage output via Pramac’s TUREPOWER™ technology. This provides clean and stable power, ideal for sensitive electronic equipment like PC’s, laptops TV’s and more besides.
Low Noise Levels
You might think having a portable petrol generator will be very noisy. Well think again; the Pramac P3500i/o is surprisingly quiet at 66 dBA @ 7 metres.
Eco Mode on The Pramac P3500i/o
Fuel consumption can be minimised by the implementation of Eco Mode on the P3500i/o. Simply select Eco Mode and the generator will lower its revs to increases fuel efficiency and also extends the lifespan of the unit.
What Happens If I Do Not Use My Generator for Long Periods?
As with all petrol engines, if you are planning to store your generator for a long period its ‘best practice’ to either drain the fuel tank then run the generator until it stops. This will prevent any unused fuel congealing and clogging the carburettor. Or to stop the fuel from going off use a petrol additive. Remember, stale fuel can stop your generator from starting when you need it.
